The house in the Belgorod region is organised around direct contact with the lake: a closed street facade protects privacy, while the spaces facing the water dissolve the boundary between interior and landscape.
A monolithic frame allows the shared part of the house to open through wide glazing. The restrained volume acts as a frame for the water without competing with its natural setting.
The plan separates private rooms from the common area while linking them through a continuous route along framed views. The material palette remains quiet so that light and seasonal landscape changes become the interior's primary elements.
